CELTIC SPIRIT Jenn Fach, Celtic scholar. The Land: sacred places of Wales, the relationship between the land, its people and oral stories. Study and observation of Welsh landscape (trees, wildflowers, etc). The Mabinogi and other early Cymric literature. Welsh history, politics and culture. Folk-lore and local customs. Druidry ancient and modern. The Eisteddfod. Bards and the Awenyddion (exploring the visionary power of story-telling, dreaming and art). Cymraeg. The Celtic Spirit cylch is central to House Morgain not only because the House itself is in Wales, but because all of us who work for the House are passionate about Cymru traditions. Jenn Fach nurtures the Celtic Spirit cylch for us all, coordinating everyone involved, making sure the different parts work together well. She is assisted by all the other House Morgain teachers, and Sara who teaches Cymraeg. Jenn Fach is American, with Canadian and XXXX ancestry. She emigrated to Wales X years ago and is about to begin her BA XXXX. She could have started it two years ago but held back in order to study Cymraeg before she did so. She is now a fluent speaker having completed her Cymraeg A Level. Jenn's especial interests are the Mabinogi and other early Welsh literature; Welsh landscape and sites. Folk-lore and local customs. Druidry ancient and modern. The Eisteddfod. Bards and the Awenyddion (exploring the visionary power of story-telling, dreaming and art). She lives with her cariad Dafydd in north Wales with XXXX cats. Jenn is a young teacher yet a guide with profound understanding and sensitivity. House Morgain is a non-profit Club.
